Tough times...

We have been through some though times in SL. First we got rid of the castle and the big land (too expensive), then we separated for a short time, I was even thinking of leaving all together. To make a long story short, we had long talks and we decided separation is stupid because we love each other too much. So we decided to rent a small house on a small beach... OMG, the day after we realized we rented near a sexbeach (yes you read right, a beach were people can have free sex as much as they want with anyone they want). I can tell you it was ehmm .. interesting, but so much lag.
So after again another talk we asked our previous landlord if he had a small beach parcel available and guess what? He did, YAY!!!!
So first I though I would put down one of the houses I already got... but I thought no. This was a brand new start for us so we bought a new house and this is it. It's a very nice beach house with a pool on the roof, just enough space for us and our pets.
So Oliver and me are back on track, we even decided to renew our vows:-)))

We thought... a new house/castle, a new SL... so why not a new look for both of us, and this is the result. I like my new me and I especially like my supersexy husband looking like this, yummyyyyy;-)

BTW, that girl next to him is me also, so don't start thinking bad things about him;-)

The other day I was looking for a new radio for our castle. I stumbled into this little thing. The cutest radio in all of SL. When you click it to change channels it just starts to dance... so cute:-))

The turning

Like I said before, our SL has changed a lot. What you see here is the turning of humans into vampires... yes, we are now vampires and proud members of the Pax Anima clan:-)) But we are polite vampires, we will always ask first if we can bite you;-)

A new year.. a new SL.. a new house ehmm..Castle;-)

Well I have been doing this blog for quite some time now, and those who read it will probably know I have this house addiction. Hell, Oliver knows (still wondering how/why he puts up with it lol). So I had small houses, big houses, a hacienda, house with pool... I thought now it was time for something different;-)
A castle, and not just a castle but a gothic castle with a secret passage to...ehm, ok that is for another blog *grins.
Anyway this is again fun to decorate because it's totally different from an ordinary house.. the furniture must fit this huge castle else it looks stupid. So Oliver and I did a lot of shopping lately, YAY!!!
More pictures will follow as room by room gets decorated (will be a monsterpost cause there are a lot of rooms;-) )

O o o I spoiled some paint!!!!

Like I said in previous post.. I'm getting arty. Now art, painting... comes with spilling, cluttering. making things dirty...
I was doing a painting when my husband came online... o o o, he pushed me away from the easal and started to clean up my mess.
But honey, this is my hobbyroom, I can mess it up as much as I want to, don't I????

What is art?

I find it very difficult to define what art exactly is, or what an artist is. I think anyone who does something creative like painting, writing, photographing, making music, acting or dancing can be an artist.
I don't consider myself an 'artist' but I just like to think I'm creative. In RL I'm not that creative but in SL I have done many many things. That is the difference between me and Oliver, he is a very creative person in RL and a little less in SL. So we are the perfect match;-)
Now since our family situation has changed we got a lot of new space in our house, so we decided to create a hobby room for me and one for Oliver.
I already started last night as you can see. Since I love photography, my room will be a mixture of plain SL pictures and photoshopped pictures.
For Oliver it most likely will be a library full of books, a desk and a laptop;-)

Like my son said on his blog, I won't get into details here. Just want to say all things come to an end whether you like it or not.
We break, we mend, we move on... but we got memories:-)

After more then two months he is back... my fuzzy son Fiddle. Yesterday I was online, not doing much and I got a popup saying 'fiddlesticks is online'.. almost fell off my chair OMG.
He was like the same, he landed at our old place (all empty over there), he was like 'WTF did you do to my stuff, lol
I tp'd him over very fast to our new home... and yes he is still my Fiddle as you can see, nutty, whitty, crazy and fuzzy:-)))
Damn glad you are back my son, we all missed you a bunch:-)

Jess' Rezzday YAY!!!!

Last saturday it was Jess rezzday so his brother and me cooked up a surprise party for him. It was not easy to keep this quiet until the party started, Spanki even had to send Jess to the kitchen to fix a sandwich for him to keep Jess away from the computer. Poor Spanki had to eat the sandwich and he wasn't even hungry, lol. But we did it! Jess was totally surprise:-))

We gave Jess a blackboard where he or the whole family can leave messages on. Okay, we already can in IM but a blackboard is so totally old fashioned and a lot cooler;-)
